Return Policy
  • Returns or exchanges will be reviewed on a case-to-case bases. Please submit a return request within 7 days of receipt. All approved returned or exchanged merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. For health reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on earrings, ear cuffs, body jewelry or toe rings. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return or exchange.
  • Send the merchandise after you have received your return authorization number. Please be sure to send back the merchandise right away, as each return authorization expires after 10 calendar days and a new one will not be re-issued.
  • S&H fees are not refundable, and there is a 15% restocking fee applied to all returned items. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.
